Classes start promptly, please arrive a few minutes beforehand to settle in.
Wear loose comfortable layers of clothing.
Please advise the teacher of any health issues prior to starting the class.
Mats and other equipment are available for you to borrow.

Energy Medicine with Sue Mutlow
Sue – Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner will teach you simple, effective techniques to help boost your vitality and feel better now. Sharing techniques to help those with an Autoimmune Illness – CF, Fibromalgia, Diabetes, RA, MS. Explaining the Triple Warmer Meridian – it’s vital role in the body and also how it can also go off the rails in the case of Autoimmune. Explaining the vital role of the Spleen meridian and how with it’s opposite partner the TW can create good balance in the body.
Several techniques to support TW and spleen will be given – notice how you feel with each one and see if you have a preference.
You can be standing, sitting and in the relaxation lying down – where lying down I will show you how to calm TW even more.In most cases of illness it is the TW that is out of balance.

An energising start to the day with dynamic and cleansing Yoga breathing (Kriyas) and flowing breath focused movements, includes various versions of sun salutations, to warm,invigorate and energise at the dawn of day.
Yoga (Therapeutic) with Virginia Compton
Tuesdays 10-1130am, Fridays 10-1130am
This class is for those requiring a more relaxing practice or for those who are new to Yoga. There will be time for adjustment of your postures and to explore each posture more in depth as well as working with postures in a therapeutic and supported way to release physical tension from the body. This class will also explore various Yoga breathing techniques and will include restorative work and deep relaxation.
Great for anyone with anxiety or stress and for those for whom a physical practice is more limited due to health issues.
Yoga with Virginia Compton
Tuesdays 6-8pm, Thursdays 930-11am
More suitable for those who are happy to follow a flowing practice. Movements will be breath focused and you will be encouraged to reach your full potential in every aspect of this practice with attention to the energy in the physical body as well as the mind.
This class will also explore Bandhas and Pranayama, finishing with meditation.
Pranayama and Meditation with Virginia Compton
This session will follow on well from the previous class and is suitable for those who want to explore more in-depth and extensive practice pf Pranayma (Yoga breathing exercises) and meditation. Guidance will be given for the meditation but you are also welcome to follow your own practice.

Yoga- Balance From Within with Violeta Chorley
A calming, stress relieving class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Appropriate for all levels and bodies. This is a perfect yoga class for those working with injury, limited mobility or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. All the postures are adjusted to suit everyone. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control.

Shakti Circle, Yoga for Women, a 6 week course
Thursdays 630-8pm from 2 November- 7 December inclusive, with Virginia Compton
A series of practices, which will build on one another week to week, to empower, raise awareness and awaken our inner goddesses. Each session will include physical movement and mantra practices inspired by Yoni Shakti, time for discussion and reflection on topics relevant to being a woman, health and wellness information and awareness and Yoga Nidra.
Meditation with Virginia Compton and/or Brendon Pollard
A weekly practise group consisting of seated meditation, assistance with comfortable posture (chairs and cushions available), readings, discussion and time for reflection and questions. Time to discuss how the mind works, how we can learn to notice what our minds do and how we can start to calm the mind and make this practice part of your daily life.
Followed by tea and time for a more informal chat. By donation. No experience necessary, everyone is very welcome.
